Philosophy On Discipline
I believe in showing the children boundaries and if they cross them to have set concequences. I use redirection, time out and privledge restrictions.
Philosophy On Teaching
Children learn better when they are having fun and entertained. A bored child is a child who is more likely to act out. I try to keep the children in my care busy so they don't get bored.
Philosophy On Toilet-Training
Take your time, I have never met a 5 year old who is not potty trained. They will be ready when they are ready. Parents[Hidden]Providers need to encourage the child when they show signs of readyness, but don't force it.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings are preschool orientated with Monday, Wednesday and Friday being more daycare[Hidden]playtime orientated.
School is almost out and I will NOT be doing preschool next year.

Lunches:
PB&J, Mac & Cheese, Hot Dogs, Cheese Sandwiches and Soup etc. Chicken Nuggets, Fish, green beans, corn, tomatoes, peas etc.
