This helps with self esteem and teaches them to treat others with respect. I try to solve any behavior problems with positive reinforcement and good communication with the parents. Time out is a last resort. Philosophy On Teaching I try to find fun ways to keep the kids interested.In the morning we do Circle Time.They learn their months,days,alphabet,numbers,discussion,etc.Kids love music and I find they learn alot from educational songs and dances.If something is done with them,routinely everyday,they catch on really fast. Philosophy On Toilet-Training Toilet training can be very rewarding for a child.If they are ready they will have fun and be proud of themselves.As long as they are ready and you dont push it on them too early.
