Philosophy On Discipline
Only time out will be used per the age of the child and ONLY if the child is not re-directable. Children will NOT be subject to any corporal punishment whatsoever - even at the parents' request. It will NOT happen.
Philosophy On Teaching
I believe a child learns best by one on one and the best way to do this is by having small groups and letting the child feel appreciated. Each child deserves to learn at their own pace.
Philosophy On Toilet-Training
If the parents are willing to work with toilet training, then I am more than willing to work with the child. Alot of times, the child is ready but parents are not which is perfectly normal. We have to work together, or it is won't work. Children need both sides to work with them in order to keep efficiency and progress.

Typical Daily Routine
Children will arrive and be provided a late snack if they desire. Then be all tucked and snuggled in bed for the night. We will get up at 7am, have a light breakfast and prepare to go home with parents.
